Jatari is a town and a nagar panchayat in Aligarh district in the Indian state of Uttar Pradesh.

As of 2001[update] India census[1], Jatari had a population of 17,038. Males constitute 54% of the population and females 46%. Jatari has an average literacy rate of 58%, lower than the national average of 59.5%: male literacy is 69%, and female literacy is 45%. In Jatari, 18% of the population is under 6 years of age.
