Javier Duarte de Ochoa (born 19 September 1973) is a Mexican politician affiliated to the Institutional Revolutionary Party (PRI) who currently acts as Governor of Veracruz.

He also served as Deputy during the LXI Legislature of the Mexican Congress representing Veracruz,[1] leaving his seat on 16 February 2010.[2]
