Javier Moisés Hernández Posada (born April 23, 1985 in Usulután, El Salvador) is a Salvadoran football midfielder who currently plays for C.D. Aguila in the Salvadoran Premier League.

Hernández played for the El Salvador U-20's in the qualifiers for the 2005 CONCACAF U-20 Tournament in October 2004.[1]
