Jean-Baptist Yakassongo (born 20 March 1989 in Kinshasa, Congo DR) is a Belgium footballer who plays in Belgium for RFC Athois and formerly for R.S.C. Anderlecht and R.E. Mouscron.

Yakassongo began his Career by RES Acren July 1996 before transferred to the youth team from R.E. Mouscron, later in 2001 moved to R.S.C. Anderlecht before turned back to R.E. Mouscron in May 2007. For the season 2008 he was called up for the first team from R.E. Mouscron.
