Jeffery Lynn Keith (born October 12, 1958 in Texarkana, Arkansas) is an American musician, best known as the lead singer of the band Tesla. He was also the lead singer for the band Bar 7 and Sofaking.

Before he became part of Tesla, Jeffrey Lynn lived in Idabel, Oklahoma with his mom Anita and sister Joey. He attended Idabel High School and eventually moved to Sacramento, California to live with his dad. Throughout his time in both of these places, he honed his gritty, rough, Steven Tyler-like vocals. Lifelong friends of Jeff's in Idabel remember him best for his wit and positive outlook. Jeff worked at Bob's Drive Inn in Idabel in his teen years for a short time and he would take orders and sing along to the juke box. According to the band history printed in the Mechanical Resonance CD notes, he drove a giant mountain cement truck before he signed with Tesla as lead singer.
