Jeff Long (writer)

Jeff Long is an American writer. Long is an experienced climber, and rock climbing often manifests in his writing.
Many of his stories include plot elements that rely heavily on religious history or popular perceptions of religious events.
Long won the 1993 Boardman Tasker Prize for Mountain Literature with his book, The Ascent.[1]
