Jenkintown–Wyncote (originally "Jenkintown") is a SEPTA Regional Rail station along the SEPTA Main Line. It is located at the intersection of Greenwood Avenue and West Avenue in Jenkintown, Pennsylvania.

Jenkintown-Wyncote Station was originally built in 1872 by the North Pennsylvania Railroad, and replaced in 1932 by the Reading Railroad. The 1932-built structure remains to this day.[1] It currently lies in fare zone three and includes a parking lot with 450 spaces.[2] The West Trenton line branches off of the SEPTA Main Line at this station.

This station is served by the Warminster Line, West Trenton Line, and Lansdale/Doylestown Line.[3] These three rail lines make Jenkintown-Wyncote the seventh-busiest station in SEPTA's Regional Rail system, with 1489 average weekday boardings and 1591 average weekday alightings.[4]
