Jesús Paulino Sánchez (born October 11, 1974 in Nizao, Dominican Republic) is a former Major League Baseball pitcher. He played all or part of seven seasons in the majors from 1998 until 2004. Most recently, he appeared in three games for the Sacramento River Cats of the Oakland Athletics organization in 2010. He is currently playing for the York Revolution in the Atlantic League of Professional Baseball.
