Jesse James were a pop punk band from London, England. They formed in 2000, and toured the UK, Europe and Canada. Their first release, the "Shoes EP" was a hit in the UK, due to repeated television play of the video for the song, "Shoes". Later releases included the "Hotwired EP", Punk Soul Brothers, and Mission, recorded in San Francisco with record producer, Ryan Greene. The video for the song, "Dear Jesus", released in 2005 was banned from UK television. They released their final album, The Assassination of..., in May 2006. The band split up in 2007, after a farewell tour.
