Jessica Lea Fjerstad (born 1985) is a beauty queen from Madison, South Dakota who has competed in the Miss Teen USA and Miss USA pageants.

Fjerstad won the Miss South Dakota Teen USA 2002 title in 2001, after placing first runner-up the year previously. She represented South Dakota in the Miss Teen USA 2002 pageant broadcast live from South Padre Island, Texas in August 2002, but did not place. The pageant was won by Vanessa Marie Semrow of Wisconsin.

In 2004, Fjerstad returned to pageantry and won the Miss South Dakota USA title in her first attempt.[1] She competed in the Miss USA 2005 pageant held in Baltimore, Maryland in April 2005 but again did not make the top fifteen. Fjerstad was one of four Miss Teen USA 2002 delegates who competed in the pageant; the others were Candice Stewart of Louisiana, Marin Poole of Utah, and Sarah Medley of South Carolina.

Fjerstad received her B.A. from the University of South Dakota in 2008, and received a law degree from the University of South Dakota School of Law in 2011. She is currently a practicing lawyer in Rapid City, South Dakota. [2]
