Jessica Rafalowski is a beauty queen from DeLand, Florida who has competed in the Miss USA pageant.
Rafalowski won the Miss Florida USA 2008 title in a state pageant held in Hollywood, Florida on July 14, 2007.[1] This was Rafalowski's first attempt at the title, and her second pageant competition after she won the Miss Volusia County USA local title in November 2006. She is the first Miss Florida USA in three years to win without any previous state pageant experience. Represented Florida in the Miss USA 2008 pageant held on April 11, 2008 and placed in the top 10.
Rafalowski was a Marketing and Psychology student at Stetson University, graduating 2008. She is of Polish ancestry[2] and is a fluent speaker of the Polish language.
