Jesús Noel Valenzuela Sáez (born 24 November 1983) is a Venezuelan football referee who is a listed international referee for FIFA since 2013.[4]

He made his first appearance as he was summoned in the 2011-12 Venezuelan First Division Apertura Tournament.[5][6][7]

On 14 December 2021, Valenzuela was awarded as CONMEBOL's best referees.[8]
