Jihad Ballout is a public relations specialist who is best known as an authoritative English-speaking representative of the Dubai-based Arabic TV channel Al Arabiya.

Ballout worked for Philip Morris before becoming the Manager of Media Relations at Al Jazeera.^[1] He subsequently became communications director of the Dubai-based Arabic TV channel Al Arabiya.
