The Jinai River (Bengali ঝিনাই নদী) is striking off near Jamalpur and rejoining the Jamuna north of Sarisabari.

The old Brahmaputra's most important off-shoot is the Jinai striking off near Jamalpur and rejoining the Jamuna north of Sarisabari. Its another branch flows past Gopalpur.
