Football career[edit]

Born in Guadahortuna, Province of Granada, Andalusia, Navarro graduated from local RCD Mallorca's youth system in 2009. He made his senior debuts with the reserve team in Segunda División B, starting in all games but one over the course of two seasons and being relegated in his second.

In the 2011 summer Navarro was loaned to Recreativo de Huelva, in Segunda División. He made his official debut for the club on 27 August, in a 0–1 away loss against Deportivo de La Coruña.[1] In January 2012, in the same predicament, he signed with Córdoba CF in the same level.[2]

Navarro returned to the Balearic Islands club for 2012–13. He made his La Liga debut on 18 August 2012, starting in a 2–1 home win against RCD Espanyol,[3] and contributed with 16 league appearances as the campaign ended in relegation.

Navarro was an undisputed starter in the following season with the Bermellones, who narrowly avoided another drop. On 12 June 2014 he returned to the main category, joining UD Almería on a three-year deal.[4]
