John Arnold (born November 30, 1972 in Sudbury, Ontario) is a retired Canadian professional ice hockey right winger.

Arnold played college hockey for the Michigan Wolverines. After turning professional, he played for the Phoenix Mustangs of the West Coast Hockey League and the San Angelo Outlaws of the Western Professional Hockey League.
