Newark Unified School District

The Newark Unified School District is the school district for Newark, California, formed in 1964, when 11 other schools had already been established.

Jack McGregor, then superintendent of the old Newark School District, became the first superintendent of the new unified district.

As of 2012, the following schools are operating:
