John Schneider is the general manager of the Seattle Seahawks of the National Football League. He was hired days after the Seahawks hired their new head coach Pete Carroll.
He replaced Tim Ruskell, who was Seattle's GM for their run to Super Bowl XL. Schneider and his wife, Traci, have two children, Ben and Jack.
