Jason Saffer is an American female impersonator, stand-up comedian and character actor, most famous for his portrayal of Jolene Sugarbaker. He owns a website called Jolene's Trailer Park which markets products to what he calls "upper-class white trash". Saffer performs as Jolene regularly at Comedy Clubs around the United States and also uses his character to teach a cooking class for Fairfax County Public Schools Adult and Community Education Program in Northern Virginia. Jolene also appeared in an on-air telephone skit on The Roseanne Show. According to the Washington Post, Saffer is negotiating with several producers to create a TV show.[1]
