José Miguel Mercedes Santana (born March 5, 1971 in El Seibo, Dominican Republic) is a professional baseball pitcher. He currently plays for the Saraperos de Saltillo of the Mexican League. He also played Major League Baseball from 1994-2003 for the Milwaukee Brewers, Baltimore Orioles, and Montreal Expos.
