Joseph E. Miró (born July 15, 1946 in Matanzas, Cuba) is a Republican member of the Delaware House of Representatives, representing the 22nd District since 1998. He served on the New Castle County Council from 1992-1998.
Miró is currently the President of Miro Diversified Services, and was a teacher in the Christina School District from 1970-2001.
He is the President of the National Hispanic Caucus of State Legislators.
