Joura is a town and a nagar panchayat in Morena district in the Indian state of Madhya Pradesh.

As of 2001[update] India census[1], Joura had a population of 25,514. Males constitute 54% of the population and females 46%. Joura has an average literacy rate of 64%, higher than the national average of 59.5%: male literacy is 74%, and female literacy is 52%. In Joura, 16% of the population is under 6 years of age.
