At Warner Bros. Movie World, the queue began outside the Roxy Theatre and wrapped around the left-hand side of the building into the alleyway. Other venues have a different queue setup.
Guests are ushered into the pre-show room where they are given a pair of 3D glasses. The pre-show consists of an attraction presenter introducing the characters, before a short clip is shown on a small screen. The guests are then let into the theatre. The main film is a montage of clips from the 2008 film Journey to the Center of the Earth. The 15 minute film takes guests on a journey through a never-before-seen world where they discover creatures and objects that are unimaginable.[7]
Although the animation is 3-D, the ride is a 4-D film, which incorporates physical effects including movable seats, mist sprayers and lighting, in addition to the film.[8][9]
