Pronk began displaying her talents at the age of six when she took up ballet.
Pronk hooked up with DJ Tempo and the team of Danski & Delmondo from the Vengaboys to transform the vision of Alice DeeJay into reality, resulting in the international club smash, "Better Off Alone". The then dance tune (Now classic Trance tune) was a big hit across Europe, especially in the United Kingdom where it reached number 2 on the UK Singles Chart. This was where she achieved her biggest successes as four more tracks followed, all from the album, Who Needs Guitars Anyway?: "Back In My Life" (#4), "Will I Ever" (#7), "The Lonely One" (#16) and "Celebrate Our Love" (#17).
Pronk (as part of Alice DeeJay) was also successful in the United States, where "Better Off Alone" reached number 3 on Billboard's Hot Dance Music/Club Play, number 12 on the Rhythmic Top 40, and number 27 on the Billboard Hot 100 charts in the spring of 2000. Although "Better Off Alone" and the album Who Needs Guitars Anyway did well in the US, they were relegated to the rank of one-hit wonders, even though follow-up single "Back In My Life" also entered the Hot Dance Music/Club Play chart, peaking at #27 in the fall of 2000.
In 2002, the act made their final appearance together in a live concert in Utrecht. It was never confirmed why Judith abandon Alice Deejay as there where plans to start on a 2nd album. After Alice Deejay the producers started work on a new project called CandeeJay and was no where as near as successful as Alice Deejay now the producers work with the famous DJ Dash Berlin.
Judith has stated in many interviews that she will never return as Alice Deejay. Even though the song Better Off Alone has been featured by many artists Judith has still remained out of the lime light and wanted no part of the success. David Guetta and Akon and Ne-Yo did want Alice Deejay to return in 2013 and feature vocals in the song Play Hard, but Judith did not take part and just the instrumental version on the Song Better Off Alone was used instead.
After Alice Deejay Split Up Judith became a TV presenter on shows such as MTV and Nickelodeon then left the lime light and decided to move on to other ventures by putting her music and TV career aside to become a make-up artist and beauty/fashion consultant.
In 2008 Judith returned to our TV screens after 6 years when she was asked if she wanted to participate in Dutch TV channel NET 5's television show "Model in 1 Dag" (Model in 1 Day). The concept of the program is that two style-teams compete against each other by making an average looking girl into a model. Pronk was the make-up stylist in one of the teams. The winners of the 7 episodes compete against each other in the big finale, and the prize being a contract with Ulla Models, and a campaign for the German online sales company Otto.
In 2013, she started Anna Vie, a company that produces women's clothing and beauty products.
She is married to former Alice Deejay tour manager and has one child. And has no plans to sing again in the future or for Alice Deejay to return as she has stated in many interviews.
Judith chose not to be a part of the 2014 return of Alice Deejay and was replaced.
