Julie and Ludwig (Julie Zahra and Ludwig Galea) represented Malta in the Eurovision Song Contest 2004. They placed 12th from 24 contestants with the song On Again... Off Again. They have just launched an album called Moodswings.
They entered Malta Song for Europe in 2003 with My Number One. In the year 2005, they made a small tour in the United States. Their fairy-tale story was however unfortunately short-lived when Ludwig admitted publicly on the local program "Xarabank" on TVM that the duo split up.
