Kōsei Ono (小野晃征 Ono Kōsei) (born 17 April 1987 in Aichi, Japan) is a Japanese rugby union player. He began his rugby career in Christchurch, New Zealand as a schoolboy. Ono has gained 4 caps with the Japanese side since his debut at fly half against Australia A on 9 May 2007. Ono appeared in the Rugby World Cup 2007, where he scored the only points in Japan's opening match against Australia after converting a penalty.
He was not selected for the 52-member Japan national squad in February 2008.
He plays for Fukuoka Sanix Blues.
