KMPA (103.1 FM) is a radio station broadcasting a Spanish Contemporary format. Licensed to Pittsburg, Texas, USA, the station serves the Longview-Marshall area. The station is currently owned by Waller Media, LLC and features programing from CNN Radio.[1]

The station went on the air as KXAL-FM on 1987-01-20. On 2001-11-08, the station changed its call sign to KDVE. On 2010-08-02, the station changed its call sign to the current KMPA.[2]
In 2006, the station was the first FM talk radio station in East Texas. The station featured Matthew Williams in the morning. Later in 2006, the station changed to a Spanish format. 99.3 KZTK-FM is now the only talk radio station on FM.
On August 2, 2010, KDVE changed their call letters to KMPA and changed their format to Spanish CHR as "Kompa".
