KMCA-LP is a low-power television station in Redding, California, broadcasting locally as an America One affiliate on channel 2. The station is owned by Mark Allen of M.C. Allen Productions, who also owns KACX-LP Channel 3 Red Bluff and KVTU-LP Channel 3 Los Angeles and had owned KMCA Radio (now of Hilo, Hawaii). It picked up the America One affiliation from KGEC-LP in 2003.

Mark C. Allen has applications for a low-powered digital station on channels 10 at 7 W.
