KRTR is a radio station located in Honolulu, Hawaii. The station is owned by Cox Radio and offers a soft adult contemporary/easy listening format (similar to that of sister station WDUV in Tampa, Florida), broadcasting at 650 kHz. It is also featured on Oceanic Time Warner Cable digital channel 849 for the entire state of Hawaii.[1]
History [edit]
Prior to its flip to beautiful music, the station was known as KORL and had offered a succession of formats, like Top 40, News/Talk radio, and MOR, during its tenure. In 2010, KRTR added the nighttime program "Delilah" to its schedule after it was dropped by AC rival KUMU-FM.
