Kanna (神流町 Kanna-machi) is a town located in Tano District, Gunma, Japan.
As of 2007, the town has an estimated population of 2,828 and a density of 22.20 persons per km². The total area is 114.69 km².
A footprint of Japan's first dinosaurs was discovered in former Nakasato village.

- 1889 - Kamikawa village and Nakasato village are created in Minamikanra District
- 1896 - Minamikanra District is united by Midorino District and Tago District, creating Tano District
- 1926 - Kamikawa village is renamed Manba town
- 2003 - Manba town is merged into Nakasato village, creating Kanna town
