Kapas Hera is a census town in South West district in the Indian state of Delhi.

As of 2001[update] India census,[1] Kapas Hera had a population of 21,595. Males constitute 63% of the population and females 37%. Kapas Hera has an average literacy rate of 71%, higher than the national average of 59.5%: male literacy is 79%, and female literacy is 56%.
