Karachi Financial Towers are two adjoining 40-storey mixed use towers set to rise 215 m (705 ft) located in the heart of Pakistan’s financial capital, Karachi. Upon completion Karachi Financial Towers will consists of office space, parking, retail, a health club,and a garden.

The two towers will be identical in terms of numbers of floors and height. The building will comprise of 3 levels of basement, 2 levels of retail, 7 levels of podium parking and 33 levels of office spaces. Floor Area of Karachi Financial Towers will be 126,000 m2 (1,356,253 sq ft). The net saleable area of each floor is in the range of 1,500 to 1,600 m² (16,100 to 17,300 sq ft.) Karachi Financial Towers is a joint venture between ENSHAA PSC and National Logistic Corporation Pakistan.
