Katsuhisa Hōki (宝亀克寿 Hōki Katsuhisa?, born October 30, 1946) is a Japanese voice actor and actor from Nagasaki Prefecture. He is affiliated with Kenyū Office. His real name is Katsuaki Hōki (箒克朗 Hōki Katsuaki?). He is best known for his roles in Transformers: Armada (as Smokescreen), Higurashi no Naku Koro ni (as Teppei Hōjō), and One Piece (as Gecko Moria and Jimbei).
