[edit] Biography

Kedar Joshi was born in Mahim, Bombay (now Mumbai) on 31 December 1979[5] in a middle class Chitpavan Brahmin family. He completed his school education in Balmohan Vidyamandir in Dadar[16] and higher education in Sir Parshurambhau College in Pune[17], receiving a Bachelor of Science in electronics in 2001[18][19] and a Master of Arts in philosophy in 2003[20][21] from the University of Pune. From March 2004 to March 2006, he lived and worked in Cambridge, England[22][23][24][15] on a working holiday visa.[25][14] There, at St John's Innovation Centre, he created a Cambridge Network member organization named British Superultramodern Scientific Institution (BSSI)[26][27][28][29][30], also sometimes given as Superultramodern Scientific Institution (SSI).[22] He applied for asylum in the United Kingdom in January 2006. His application was refused and in March 2006 he was administratively removed to India.[14][31][32][33]

Joshi has self-published a number of books on his views of physics, mathematics, and the NSTP.[34][35][36] He states that “[t]he additional, higher order I see in my life – especially, and astonishingly convincingly, through Vedic astrology – further suggests that the superhuman mind has some philosophical purpose for being in control of my life”.[14]
