Kelli Carpenter-O'Donnell
Kelli Carpenter-O'Donnell (born May 24, 1967) is a former Nickelodeon marketing executive and co-founder of R Family Vacations. She is the former partner of talk show host Rosie O'Donnell.[1]

A former Nickelodeon marketing executive, Carpenter co-founded R Family Vacations, a travel company geared towards gay and lesbian families. A documentary film about the maiden cruise that set sail on July 11, 2004, presented a look inside the lives of some of the 500 families that cruised from New York to the Caribbean. The documentary, All Aboard: Rosie's Family Cruise, debuted on HBO on April 6, 2006, and was subsequently made available on DVD. The film was nominated for three Emmy Awards.

In 1997, Carpenter and O'Donnell were introduced by O'Donnell's brother Daniel. On February 26, 2004, the couple were married in San Francisco, two weeks after mayor Gavin Newsom authorized the granting of marriage licenses to same-sex couples, which was later determined to be invalid under California law.
Carpenter and O'Donnell are adoptive parents to Parker Jaren (born May 25, 1995), Chelsea Belle (born September 20, 1997), and Blake Christopher (born December 5, 1999). Their fourth child, Vivienne Rose, was born to Carpenter through artificial insemination on November 29, 2002.
In November 2009, O'Donnell announced that she and Carpenter had separated in 2007.[2]
Carpenter is now in a relationship with New York-based cabaret singer Anne Steele.
