Kelsey Elizabeth Moore (born 1990 in Phoenix, Arizona[1]) is a pageant titleholder from Chandler, Arizona who won the Miss Texas USA title and who competed in Miss USA 2010.

Moore, a resident of El Paso, Texas, became the first state winner from that city since Christine Friedel won the title in 1994.[2] She was also the first winner in many years who had not previously competed in the pageant,[3] the first in many years from out of state and the youngest winner since 2007.

Moore was a student at the University of Texas at El Paso and a middle blocker on their volleyball team.[4] She had previously lead Savannah Christian Preparatory to the state championship in 2005 and Valley Christian High School to success in 2007.[1]

Miss USA 2010[edit]

Moore failed to reach the final 15 in the event on May 16, 2010,[5] breaking Texas' nine year streak of placements from 2001 to 2009
