Kerrang! Tour is a tour of rock music concerts around the UK during and is maintained by Kerrang! magazine. Kerrang! tour is usually announced in October of the previous year and is held throughout January and February of the year of touring. Relentless Energy Drink has sponsored the Kerrang! tour for several years.

On Friday 30 September tickets for the seventh Kerrang! tour were made available for purchase. The tour was 10 dates lasting from 5 February to 17 February.[1] Relentless Energy Drink presents Kerrang! Tour 2012, which will feature New Found Glory, Sum 41, letlive. and While She Sleeps.[1] On January 20, 2012 it was revealed that Sum 41 had been unfortunately forced to pull out due to ill health, they were replaced by The Blackout who had previously played on the 2010 tour.
