The Keta Municipal District is a district of Ghana in the Volta Region. the town of Keta is the administrative centre.

Keta Municipal District is bounded by:
- the Gulf of Guinea to the east and south,
- Greater Accra Region and South Tongu District to the west,
- Akatsi District to the north and northwest, and
- Ketu District to the northeast.
