Kevin O'Keefe (born December 28, 1982 in Limestone, Maine) is an American ice dancer who currently competes internationally for Canada with Siobhan Karam. They teamed up in May 2007 and placed 4th at the 2007 Ondrej Nepela Memorial and 6th at the 2008 Canadian Figure Skating Championships.

O'Keefe previously competed internationally for the United States for two seasons on the Junior Grand Prix with Victoria Devins, with whom he was the 2001 U.S. novice national champion. He also competed nationally on the senior level with Lindsay Evans from 2004 through 2006. While competing domestically in the United States, he represented the Skating Club of Boston. He switched club affiliations when he began competing for Canada.
