Khagrachari or Khagrachhari (Bengali: খাগড়াছড়ি) is an Upazila of Khagrachari District in the Division of Chittagong, Bangladesh.

Khagrachari is located at 23°02′30″N 91°59′40″E / 23.0417°N 91.9944°E . It has 11989 units of house hold and total area 297.92 km².

As of the 1991 Bangladesh census, Khagrachhari has a population of 61306. Males constitute are 54.02% of the population, and females 45.98%. This Upazila's eighteen up population is 32215. Khagrachhari has an average literacy rate of 33.7% (7+ years), and the national average of 32.4% literate.[1]
