Xazorasp (Uzbek: Xazorasp, Persian: هزاراسپ), Uzbekistan, is one of the most ancient cities of Central Asia. It was added to the UNESCO World Heritage Tentative List on January 2008, in the Cultural category [1] The name Xazorasp is a Persian word, meaning one thousand horses, and there are several legends about this city in Persian literature.[2]
