Khulna Kotwali (Bengali: খুলনা কোতোয়ালী) is a Thana of Khulna District in the Division of Khulna, Bangladesh.

Khulna Kotwali is located at 22°48′30″N 89°34′00″E / 22.8083°N 89.5667°E . It has 36895 units of house hold and total area 9.45 km².

As of 1991[update] Bangladesh census, Khulna Kotwali has a population of 191910. Males constitute are 54.87% of the population, and females 45.13%. This Upazila's eighteen up population is 111725. Khulna Kotwali has an average literacy rate of 59.7% (7+ years), and the national average of 32.4% literate.[1]
