"Kill Rock 'n Roll" is the third track and third promo single from System of a Down's 2005 album Hypnotize. It was one of the few songs off of Hypnotize that was performed at live shows before the release of the album. The song was written by Daron Malakian. The lyrics supposedly refer to a rabbit that Daron ran over in his car one night (the "Rock 'N Roll" of the title).[1]
