[edit] Previous services
In the May 2006 timetable change, frequency at Killara station was increased from four trains an hour to four to six trains an hour, in the off peak and on weekends due to redevelopment works at North Sydney station, so it makes it six to eight trains per four between Milsons Point station and Lindfield station and four to six trains per four between Killara station and Gordon station. In the October 2009 timetable change, stations in the Ku-ring-gai region have had significant service cuts, as outbound services are diverted to the Northern Line at Chatswood. Killara station has had a cut in weekday services by 17.3%, reflected in a reduced frequency of four trains per hour in each direction during off peak hours.
