She is perhaps most famous for being the first of three actresses to replace Robin Wright in the role of Kelly Capwell on the NBC daytime soap Santa Barbara.[2]

Early career[edit]

Before becoming a Playmate, Kimberly McArthur had tried out for the Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders but didn't make the final cut according to Playboy magazine Jan. 1982.[citation needed]
