King and Queen Court House is a census-designated place (CDP) in and the county seat of King and Queen County, Virginia, United States.Template:GR The population as of the 2010 Census was 85.[1] The community runs along State Route 14, near the Mattaponi River. King and Queen Court House is the location of Central High School, a post office, several businesses, and a government complex that includes the county's old and new court houses.
