Hyogo FM Broadcasting Co. Ltd. (DBA Kiss-FM KOBE.Co.Ltd) is a Radio Station in Kobe, Hyogo, Japan.

The network was first launched under the name FM Oita(Air-Radio FM88) in October, 1990. When the office opened, it was called Hyogo FM radiobroadcast (兵庫エフエムラジオ放送 Hyogo Efuemu Rajio Ho-so-). It was an independent station until March 31, 2003, but joined JFN the next day.
The Kobe main Broadcast is frequency 89.9MHz, output 1kW. The reception is possible at most of the Kansai area so that there is a transmitting station on Rokko mount range.
There is a satellite studio in the America Mura of Osaka.(The satellite studio is closed now.)
