Knott's Soak City is a chain of three seasonal water parks owned and operated by Cedar Fair Entertainment Company located in Southern California.

The chain's first water park opened in Buena Park in 1999 under the name Soak City U.S.A. It is located east of Knott's Berry Farm and occupies 13 acres (53,000 m2) near the Knott's main parking lot and Independence Hall.
