Koh Sess of Koh Ses (also romanized as Kaoh Ses) is a Cambodian island located in southwestern Cambodia at the entrance of Kampot Bay. A 4.3 km wide sound separates it from Phu Quoc. "Koh Sess" means Horse Island.

The island is located close to the coast and is uninhabited. It is in an area where most of the shores are fringed with mangroves.[1] It is now the eastern part of Ream National Park.[2]
