Kongwa

Kongwa (6°12′00″S 36°25′01″E / 6.200°S 36.417°E) is one of the 5 districts of the Dodoma Region of Tanzania. It is bordered to the North by the Manyara Region, to the East by the Morogoro Region, to the South by the Mpwapwa District and to the West by the Dodoma Rural District.
According to the 2002 Tanzania National Census, the population of the Kongwa District was 249,760.[1]
